All the design is done with 3D drawings and for details and exploded views in 2D, which allows a better exchange of data with the client. We offer an additional service, free server with internet connection, to share with the client the plans and development of their project in real time. We manufacture the panels, doors, windows, furniture and diverse accessories to complete our modular system “Flush Systems CR-60”.

In-house manufacturing is also an obvious advantage for the after-sales service and maintenance service, given that in the case of any urgent request from the customer, we can give a very quick response.

In our workshops we carry out the pre-assembly of the different elements that make up each installation: steel, aluminum, plastic, HPL resin, etc.
We prepare the production tool and carry out the dispatch and transport.
This allows us to reply with great flexibility in order to adapt to the needs of our clients’ delivery times.

For the design and construction management, a group of engineers and technical architects contribute to an optimal design and a technical department of construction managers supervise every detail of the assembly until a finish is obtained according to the highest regulatory requirements.

For the assembly we have a team of our own installers and other subcontractors when support is required. All of them highly trained and qualified for the needs of clean room, modular or portable works.
